making our production capacity as 1500 sheets in one day.
We have a manpower of over 110 people, with the work being split into 6 different operations -
Cutting, Stitching, Trimming, Checking, Ironing, and Packaging.
Each department has a responsible supervisor and a QC who have been assigned their duties after training and making sure that they are good leaders who can handle their respective operations in an efficient manner.
